Return Policy
Introduction
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our wine shop. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the following return policy:
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery, may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at tws@thewineshoppg.com.my and send your item to: No.11A & 15,Lintang Burma, 10250 Penang, Malaysia. Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of the same item for exchange, and we reserve the right to offer a refund instead.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: No.11A & 15,Lintang Burma, 10250 Penang, Malaysia. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at tws@thewineshoppg.com.my or contact us at our website www.thewineshoppg.com.my. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on the availability of the item and your preference.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at tws@thewineshoppg.com.my or contact us at our website www.thewineshoppg.com.my. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.
