This Esprit de Pavie 2017 (blend of different young vines from the Perse estates) has a lighter color than previous vintages. The color is ruby, garnet, brilliant. The aromatic palette is very open, amalgam of black fruits, bright, no notion of under-ripeness, we perceive the notion of tangy red berries. It is fine and delicate.
